Das Double-Opt-In ist, \u00e4hnlich wir das Single Opt-in<\/a>, ein Verfahren aus dem Online-Marketing, bei welchem ein Benutzer der potentiellen Kontaktaufnahme (z.B. in Form von E-Mails oder SMS) ausdr\u00fccklich zustimmen muss. Im Gegensatz zum Single Opt-in Verfahren erfolgt die explizite Zustimmung jedoch in zwei Schritten:<\/p>\n

Zun\u00e4chst klickt der Benutzer auf das daf\u00fcr vorgesehene Feld mit welchem er zustimmt, zuk\u00fcnftig Informationen per E-Mail zu erhalten. Anschlie\u00dfend wird an die hinterlegte E-Mail Adresse eine Best\u00e4tigungs-E-Mail gesendet. In dieser E-Mail ist ein Best\u00e4tigungslink enthalten. Erst nachdem der Benutzer diesen Link best\u00e4tigt hat, stimmt er der Anmeldung tats\u00e4chlich zu. Dieses Verfahren soll garantieren, dass E-Mails nur dann versendet werden, wenn die Einverst\u00e4ndnis des Empf\u00e4ngers tats\u00e4chlich vorliegt. Ein weiterer Grund, diese Methode einzusetzen ist die Versch\u00e4rfung des Werberechts. Der Versand von nicht angeforderten, kommerziellen E-Mails ist heutzutage rechtlich nicht mehr erlaubt.<\/p>\n
